15 Dead In Russian Night Club Fire After Man Discharges Flare Gun Inside
15 people have been killed and a further five injured in a nightclub fire in the Russian city of Kostroma after a flare gun was fired following a dispute.

Local authorities said that the fire erupted in the early hours of Saturday morning after someone discharged a flare gun during a dispute.
250 people were evacuated by rescue teams.
Sergei Sitnikov, the governor of the Kostroma region, said 15 people had been confirmed dead and 5 people had been injured, those injured were receiving medical treatment.

Police have launched an investigation to identify and locate the person responsible for firing the flare gun.
Kostroma is located approximately 210 miles north of Moscow.
