Arklow Drug Bust: Gardai Arrest Man Following €100,000 Seizure Of Cocaine In Co Wicklow

A man has been detained by Irish authorities after a haul of cocaine worth an estimated €100,000 was seized in Arklow, Co Wicklow.

The cocaine haul was discovered by the Terenure District Drugs Unit during a raid on Saturday as part of an ongoing operation targeting the sale and supply of drugs in the Dublin 6 area.



Authorities confirmed that a man in his 50s was arrested at the scene and is currently being held in police custody at Rathmines Garda Station. The suspect is being held under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act 2006.


As well as the quantity of cocaine, police also seized multiple mobile phones and other drug paraphernalia.
