Council Deputy Of Tatarsky District In Russia Runs Over Child & Drives Off

CCTV footage has caught the moment a member of the council of deputies in the Novosibirsk region of Russia ran over a child with his car and simply drove away, leaving the young boy with a hip fracture and a serious brain injury.

Sergey Mamontov, a member of the council of deputies of Tatarsk reportedly drove his car over a child and left the scene.


The incident was captured on CCTV, and showed Mamontov getting out of the car and attempting to get the child on his feet, before returning to his vehicle and driving away.

According to Russian media the child was taken to intensive care with a severe brain injury and a hip fracture.


No further information has been released on the well-being of the child or if authorities arrested Mamontov.
