Police in Dudley are searching for two men after a 20-year-old was "doused in petrol and set on fire" while sitting in his car outside a petrol station.
Authorities have said the victim suffered serious injuries but is currently in a stable condition in hospital. West Midlands Police released pictures of the two men that they want to speak to about the attack which took place in the town of Dudley, at a Texaco garage, last Thursday evening.
Officers have named one of the men they want to speak to as 30-year-old Stephen Burden (pictured above), who has links to Wednesbury in the Black Country.
The second man they wish to speak to has not been named, however, police are appealing for information to find him.
The attack happened at a Texaco garage on Himley Road at around 7pm.
Detective Inspector Jackie Nicholson said: "We urgently need to speak to both of these men and I would like to appeal to them directly to make contact as soon as possible.
"We have trawled CCTV in the area, spoken to a number of witnesses and our inquiries are ongoing."
