Shaye Groves: Serial Killer-Obsessed Mum & Bondage Addict Brutally Murdered Partner
A woman obsessed with serial killers who slit her partner's throat while he slept before stabbing him 17 times has been convicted of murder. The murderer then showed her friend the corpse of her victim while on a video call.

27-year-old mother-of-one Shaye Groves sliced the throat of her 25-year-old partner Frankie Fitzgerald while he slept before stabbing him 17 times in the chest at her home in Havant, Hampshire, last July.
Prosecutors said she "snapped" out of "jealousy" after claiming to find messages on his phone from a 13-year-old girl.
Groves was a self-confessed serial killer addict, she had framed portraits of Jeffrey Dahmer and Myra Hindley as well as a large collection of "decorative" horror-themed knives hanging on her wall.
She attempted to use her knowledge of true crime documentaries to avoid justice and create a false alibi.
A court heard how Groves was speaking on the phone to her friend, Ms Baitup, having a "very normal conversation - asking how my weekend was", when she began "giggling away".
Groves then told Ms Baitup she had something "really big" to show her but she had to "promise not to tell anyone". Groves then switched to a video call and showed her friend Mr Fitzgerald's body, including a close-up of an "enormous" knife wound.
Later, Groves attempted to make herself out to be the victim, sending Ms Baitup video clips from sex tapes the couple had made, however, she edited them together to make it look as though he had been violent towards her and raped her.
The court heard how police found the full-length videos, which clearly showed consensual sex between the couple when "viewed in context".

Jurors were told how the couple's sex life "involved bondage, dominance, submission and masochism - in short form, BDSM" and that "both of them were into knife play when it came to intercourse".
Groves also tried to convince authorities that the victim had strangled her so forcefully during an argument that she "couldn't breathe or scream."
She told the court she had "hit him in the neck" with the dagger by accident while trying to grab a money box beside her bed.
Proescutors revealed that Groves had previously told Ms Baitup: "I just lost it. I just lost it. I picked up my dagger and stabbed him in the neck."
Steven Perian KC, said: "It is very likely she was obsessed with Frankie Fitzgerald because of his performance in the bedroom.
"The killing of Frankie Fitzgerald is very likely to be a crime of passion driven by her jealousy."
"By reading about and watching murder documentaries, Groves was familiar with crime scenes, how to create a false narrative and how to set up a false alibi.
"She deliberately set up a false narrative of being abused by Frankie Fitzgerald, a false alibi she sent to Vicky Baitup and was cleaning the crime scene having watched these documentaries."
Shaye Groves will be sentenced for the murder on February 22.
