Woman Stabbed In The Groin After 100-Pound Sailfish Jumps On Fishing Boat In Florida
A woman was stabbed in the groin after a sailfish leaped out of the water and onto a fishing boat off the coast of Florida.

Katherine Perkins was impaled by the 100-pound sailfish as it charged towards her while on a fishing boat. The woman was with two other people last Tuesday when a fisherman on board the boat caught the sailfish on a line about two miles offshore near Stuart, Florida, Martin County Sheriff's Office reported.
The incident report noted how as the two men attempted to reel in the fish, they both noticed the huge sailfish "charge" towards the boat.
Ms Perkins was standing on the centre console when the fish jumped on and stabbed her in the groin. She explained to the police that the incident happened so fast that she did not have time to react.
The sailfish is the fastest fish in the world.
